Spicy Buffalo Lime Chicken Marinade

It’s so so smooth; and it’s filled with taste. There’s a touch bit of kick to the hen, however it’s no longer overpowering in the slightest. It’s just enough to add some heat, at the same time as still letting the zesty lime juice shine via.

Spicy Buffalo Lime Chicken Marinade


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original
  • Lime – cut into slices, for serving
  • 2-3 lbs of chicken (breast, thighs, drumsticks, wings ~ bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon if you are using it from a jar)


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk Frank’s RedHot unique, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic until combined.
