Immaculate Pineapple Margarita: This pineapple margarita is the ideal parity of sweet and tart. So invigorating, you should need to twofold the formula!

This formula meets up effectively in a blender. No blender? Forget about it: get yourself a muddler, or a wooden spoon and work away! ­čÖé

Ingredients :
  • 1 1/2 Ounce Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 Ounce Triple Sec
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Slices Pineapple Grilled (if desired)
  • 3 Tablespoons Simple Syrup
  • ¾ Cup Cold
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Crushed ice
  • Kosher Salt and Lime Wedges For Garnish If Desired

  1. Cut pineapple into 1 inch thick rings. Discard rind and remove the pulp.
  2. Preheat grill pan with 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred. Cool completely.
  3. In a blender or large bowl, pour tequila, triple sec, grilled pineapple, lime juice, simple syrup,water, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend or muddle until smooth, then strain if desired.
  5. Run a lime slice around the rim of the glass and dip in kosher salt.
  6. Add some crushed ice to glasses. Pour in margarita.
  7. Garnish with extra pineapple or lime wedges if desired.
