  • 4 cups spinach or greens (2 cups once cooked)
  • chopped basil
  • 1 small Roma Tomato Sliced
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • additional sea salt/pepper

For the Caramelized Onions :

  1. easy and peel onions. Slice then region in a dry skillet on medium high for five minutes till they start to brown. add in a single 1tbsp butter or oil and prepare dinner for an addition 10 minutes, stirring.
